By applying the ecoHORNET combustion technology to radiant tubes, it has become possible to heat high spaces efficiently and ecologically, such as industrial halls, warehouses, sports halls, churches, exhibition complexes, service areas, garages, hangars, etc.
Power range: 35-120 kW.
• ecoHORNET injector-type burner
• Auger feed system
• Sigmatek GmBH automation, colour touch display, internet control and command
• Pellet tank with a capacity of 300 kg
• Radio ambient thermostat
• Electrical protection set with UPS, stabiliser, inverter, rectifier, and 2 50A batteries
• Radiant tube and reflector
Optional: food-grade stainless steel heat exchanger for hot water production.
The installation of radiant tubes is performed at a height of 4.5-10 m and the area heated by the tube radiation varies between 100 and 400 square meters.
The patented multi-system ecoHORNET burner achieves pellet burning temperatures of over 1250°C, all the calorific power of the fuel is utilised, turning it into thermal energy. The combustion efficiency is close to 100%, and the burning is complete, without smoke in the combustion gases.
The ecoHORNET burner is mobile, with self-cleaning and combustion acceleration for the case of using energetically weaker pellets.
The burner and combustion chamber are made of special stainless steel, resistant to temperatures over 1300°C and to temperature variations.
The equipment comes equipped with combustion acceleration mechanisms to maintain constant nominal power, even when using pellets with lower calorific values.
ATR20 - U radiant tube 2 x 4-7m
ATR40 - U radiant tube 2 x 8-11m
ATR60 - U radiant tube 2 x 12-15m
Reflective aluminium screen with the role of uniformizing and directing the radiation.
Smokeless and tar-free combustion allow operation with forced draft. The exhaust fan is mounted on the combustion gas outlet. Operating with a forced draft ensures 100% control of the oxygen flow required for combustion; the burning is uniform throughout the mass of pellets in the burner, achieving complete combustion, including smoke particles.
Each pellet particle receives the necessary oxygen for complete combustion, thus the combustion gases have a minimal content of particles, moisture, or organic compounds.
SAFETY: The exhaust of combustion gases is not influenced by atmospheric conditions.
The feeding of pellets is done automatically, with a screw conveyor commanded by a capacitive sensor.
ADVANTAGE: The pellet tank is independent of the body of the boiler, depending on the available space, it can be used in standard equipment 600/800 litres or another large capacity container. SAFETY: The pellet feeding system is equipped with safety elements that prevent damage in case foreign bodies are accidentally engaged.
Through complete automation with high-performance equipment and software designed in collaboration with the Austrian company SIGMATEK GmbH & Co KG, total control of thermal energy production and all systems that make up the installation is achieved, making possible their integration into complex heating systems.
The colour touch display provides you with complete information regarding the operation of the equipment.
The devices can be monitored and programmed remotely, through an internet connection, thus you always have control over your thermal energy production system.
Electrical protection set
Due to fluctuations/interruptions in the electric current that can affect the electronic components of the thermal power plant or disrupt its proper functioning, we have included in the standard equipment protection set: UPS with an inverter, stabiliser, rectifier functions, and 2 batteries.
Radio room thermostat This allows you to program the ambient temperature and heating hours in a daily and weekly schedule.
It controls the starting and stopping of the burner based on the temperature and operating schedule set.
Fuel used: Pellets with a minimum of 80% wood mass, diameter 6-12mm, length 5-35mm, moisture <10%, density 650-750 kg/m³.
