Injector-type pellet burners

The ecoHORNET pellet burners replace gas, diesel, oil, fuel oil, LPG, CLU, etc. burners on new or used equipment, facilitating access to cheap and ecological thermal energy.

The exceptional results obtained during the homologation of the new burner: efficiency over 94%, CO emissions below 250mg/m³, VOC below 10mg/m³ and, especially, particle emissions below 7.4mg/Nm³ have created the technical conditions necessary for the manufacture of injector type pellet burners and entitle us to say "goodbye" to injectors and burners on gas, diesel, oil, fuel oil, LPG, CLU, etc.

Both for industry and for agriculture, construction, or residential use, ecoHORNET pellet burners made from biomass, instead of those using polluting fossil fuels, significantly reduce energy expenses as well as CO and particle emissions. The use of renewable energy in a company's activities leads to increased energy efficiency for the entire company, the products made have a competitive production cost, and the company improves its corporate image through environmental respect.

Burner

The patented ecoHORNET multi-system burner develops pellet combustion temperatures of over 1250°C, all the calorific power of the fuel is utilised, being transformed into thermal energy. The combustion efficiency is nearly 100%, with complete combustion and no smoke in the combustion gases.

The ecoHORNET burner is mobile, with self-cleaning and combustion acceleration for the case of using lower energy pellets.

The burner and combustion chamber are made of special stainless steel, resistant to temperatures over 1300°C and temperature variations.

Combustion Acceleration System and Grate Cleaning

Smoke-free and tar-free combustion in the exhaust gases allows for forced draft operation. The exhaust fan is mounted at the combustion gas exhaust.

Operating with a forced draft ensures 100% control of the oxygen flow needed for combustion, combustion is uniform throughout the mass of pellets in the burner, achieving complete combustion, including smoke particles.

Each pellet particle receives the necessary oxygen for complete combustion, so the combustion gases have a minimal content of particles, moisture or organic compounds.

SAFETY: The exhaust of combustion gases is not influenced by atmospheric conditions.

Combustion Control by Forced Draft

The pellet supply is automated, with a conveyor screw driven by a capacitive sensor. 

ADVANTAGE: The pellet reservoir is independent of the body of the boiler, depending on the available space, the standard equipment 600/800 litres can be used or another large capacity container. SAFETY: The pellet feeding system is equipped with safety features that prevent damage in case foreign objects are accidentally pulled in.

Automatic Feeding System

The pellet supply is automatic, with a conveyor screw driven by a capacitive sensor. 

ADVANTAGE: The pellet reservoir is independent of the boiler body, depending on the available space, the standard equipment 600/800 litres can be used, or another large capacity container. SAFETY: The pellet supply system is equipped with safety elements that prevent damage in case foreign bodies are accidentally engaged.

Automation

Through complete automation with high-performance equipment and software designed together with the Austrian company SIGMATEK GmbH & Co KG, we achieve total control of thermal energy production and all the systems that make up the installation, making possible their integration into complex heating systems.

The colour touch display provides you with complete information about the equipment operation.

The equipment can be monitored and programmed remotely through an internet connection, so you always have control over your thermal energy production system.

Safety Systems

Electrical Protection Set

Due to fluctuations/power outages that can affect the electronic components of the thermal plant or disrupt its proper operation, we have included in the standard equipment protection set: UPS with an inverter, stabiliser, rectifier functions, and 2 batteries.

Flow Transducer (Flow Switch)

It detects the circulation of the heat transfer fluid in the installation and ensures protection in case of loss of the heat transfer fluid, or blockage of the circulation pump, or the thermal circuit.

Other safety elements:

  • Pressure gauge, heat transfer fluid temperature gauge
  • Vent
  • Safety valve (5 bar)

We are strongly fighting against deforestation for the purpose of manufacturing premium pellets and we join campaigns advocating for future generations to inherit a clean and living planet.


The industry of heat and electricity production equipment with pellets is limited to the use of wood pellets, and the main concern of pellet manufacturers is gaining access to as many forested areas as possible, to deforest them and obtain raw materials for the so-called green energy.
