• They eliminate organic waste that causes environmental and comfort issues ( household waste, sewage sludge, plastic, rubber, etc.).
• Operating costs are minimal, the installation can sustain itself energetically, the activity is profitable, and it does not require government subsidies.
• Compared to other methods of organic waste disposal, pyrolysis in ecoHORNET installations is carried out in an environmentally friendly manner, with minimal emissions of pollutants.
• The obtained products (biogas, bio-oil, biochar) are of the highest quality.
• ecoHORNET has patented a multi-system burner capable of using both wood pellets and agro-pellets.
• The ecoHORNET burner reaches temperatures over 1200°C, ensuring that the entire calorific power of this fuel is utilized, transforming it into energy.
• The combustion efficiency is close to 100%, with complete combustion and no traces of smoke in the exhaust gases.
• The ecoHORNET burner is mobile, self-cleaning, and has a burn rate accelerator for use with lower calorific pellets.
•ANY BIOMASS: agricultural residues, vegetables, etc
•Organic municipal waste
•Sewage sludge
•Plastic waste
•Rubber waste
•Sludge with Hydrocarbons
•Soils contaminated with organic waste
Pellet moisture:
The pyrolysis plant uses organic matter that is either shredded to 10 mm or pelletised with a maximum moisture content of 10%
Versatile equipment:
The pyrolysis installation are versatile, allowing for the pyrolysis and processing of various materials without the need for structural modifications.
• Waste, shredded to about 10mm or smaller, is introduced into the dryer. To achieve a moisture content of < 10%, the heat generated from the cooling of pyrolysis gases, recipients, and combustion gases is used. If the moisture content is very high, an additional pellet burner is attached. The waste is then discharged into a reservoir.
• The ecoHORNET pyrolysis reactor is vertical and equipped with multiple combustion chambers. It is rhythmically fed with dried waste from the reservoir through a conveyor screw controlled by a capacitive sensor that maintains a constant level.
• The pellet ecoHORNET burner is automatically activated, after the filling, by 2 glowing igniters, and in a short time, the reactor temperature exceeds 150°C, initiating the decomposition process. The reactor temperature is regulated in the range of 150°C to 900°C, depending on the desired purpose regarding the quantity and quality of the pyrolysis products.
• The reactor is discharged with a screw whose operating time and rhythm are set by the operator. These are established depending on the intended purpose and in relation to the organic matter introduced into the pyrolysis process. The decomposition process, in the absence of oxygen, is ensured by a system of valves that simultaneously open and close the supply of waste and the discharge of the obtained biochar.
• The resulting products are temporarily stored in small containers from where they are further sent for use.
• Depending on the mode of use of the pyrolysis products, cooling, filtering, purification, gasification, separation, refining, etc., installations can be attached.
• The guarantee of a highly efficient pyrolysis process is provided by the versatility of the installation, through individual adjustment for each type of organic matter, of the flow time through the reactor, and the optimal decomposition temperature.
