The patented ecoHORNET multi-system burner develops pellet combustion temperatures of over 1250°C, all the calorific power of the fuel is utilised, transforming into thermal energy. The combustion efficiency is almost 100%, and the combustion is complete, without smoke in the combustion gases.
The ecoHORNET burner is mobile, with self-cleaning and combustion acceleration for the case of using lower energy pellets.
The burner and combustion chamber are made of special stainless steel, resistant to temperatures over 1300°C and temperature variations.
As a novelty, we introduced the third exchange zone, a heat recovery unit, which uses the exhaust gas temperature of 100-120°C to preheat the thermal agent from the return before entering the heat exchanger.
No condensation forms in this heat recovery unit because, following combustion at over 1250°C in the multi-system burner, the combustion gases are "dry", they do not contain water vapour..
The heat exchanger has been specially designed to operate at high temperatures, without wear over time, and to ensure optimal transfer of the energy resulting from the combustion of the pellets.
It is made of special steel for boilers, according to the latest regulations in force.
It contains a large amount of thermal agent and takes over the functions of a thermal agent accumulator (buffer). It is possible for the boiler to operate efficiently without a buffer.
The efficient heat exchanger transfers the energy produced by burning pellets into the thermal agent, even if temperatures over 1250° are developed in the boiler, the exhaust gas temperature does not exceed 60-80°C. The difference in thermal energy is transferred to the thermal agent. This results in exceptional efficiency, which for the user translates into reduced fuel consumption.
It has 2 heat exchange zones, which take both the radiation of the flame and the convection of the combustion gases.
Inside the boiler, there is an integrated high-efficiency boiler for producing and storing hot water for consumption.
Domestic hot water is produced extremely efficiently, as the boiler is completely submerged in the hot thermal agent from the heat exchanger, the exchange surface is much larger than in externally mounted boilers with coils.
The use of the boiler is economical and efficient during the summer, only for the production of hot water for consumption, the boiler starts only every few days, depending on consumption.
Smokeless and tar-free combustion in the exhaust gases allows forced draft operation. The exhaust fan is mounted at the exhaust of the combustion gases.
Operating with forced draft ensures 100% control of the oxygen flow needed for combustion, the combustion is uniform throughout the mass of pellets in the burner, achieving complete combustion, including smoke particles.
Each pellet particle receives the oxygen necessary for complete combustion, thus the combustion gases have a minimum content of particles, moisture or organic compounds.
SAFETY: The exhaust of combustion gases is not influenced by weather conditions.
Forced Draft Combustion Control Pellet feeding is automatic, with a conveyor screw controlled by a capacitive sensor.
ADVANTAGE: The pellet tank is independent of the boiler body, depending on the available space, the standard 600/800 litre one can be used, or another large capacity container.
SAFETY: The pellet feeding system is equipped with safety elements that prevent damage in case foreign bodies are accidentally engaged.
The equipment comes with combustion acceleration mechanisms, to keep the nominal power constant, even if pellets with lower calorific power are used.
Thus, even if you use straw pellets or grass, the equipment will produce the same amount of thermal energy, as when using wood pellets.
Through complete automation with high-performance equipment and software designed together with the Austrian company SIGMATEK GmbH & Co KG, total control of the production of thermal energy is achieved, as well as all the systems that make up the installation, making it possible to integrate them into complex heating systems.
The colour touch display provides you with complete information about the operation of the equipment.
The equipment can be remotely monitored and programmed through an internet connection, so you always have control of your thermal energy production system.
Electrical Protection Set
Given that power fluctuations or outages can affect the electronic components of the thermal power plant or disrupt its operation, we have included in the standard equipment and electrical protection set: UPS with an inverter, stabiliser, rectifier functions, and 2 batteries.
Flow Transducer (Flow Switch)
It detects the circulation of the heat transfer fluid in the installation and provides protection in case of loss of the heat transfer fluid, or blockage of the circulation pump, or the thermal circuit.
