The new patented ecoHORNET technology involves high-efficiency and ecological combustion, at incineration temperatures of over 1200°C, with minimal pollutant emissions from pellets made from any biomass. We have invented and developed a technology that exploits the full energy potential of this ecological and rapidly renewable fuel, taking combustion to a higher level, specifically, to incineration with temperatures of over 1200°Celsius, simultaneously integrating processes such as gasification, direct combustion, incineration, post-combustion, and optimised heat transfer.
Since 2010, whether they are small, medium or large consumers, ecoHORNET customers face the cold season without worrying about heating costs. They know they can focus their attention on important aspects of their activity, because ecoHORNET equipment obtains the maximum energy from fuel and distributes it rationally, without waste, in the customer's system/building. Thanks to the high combustion performance, high efficiency, and the possibility of using a cheap fuel made from vegetable residues, zootechnical waste, municipal waste, etc., ecoHORNET produces the cheapest gigacalorie today.
The pollutant emissions of ecoHORNET equipment are below the limits imposed in 2020 by the EU Regulation.
CO emissions < 0-250mg/Nm³,
particle emissions < 7 mg/Nm³,
volatile organic compound emissions < 10mg/Nm³.
We burn pellets made from the biodegradable part of everything that society produces today.
ecoHORNET technology is dedicated exclusively to renewable energy sources and superior exploitation of Earth's most abundant wealth - BIOMASS. Biomass is a biofuel available in inexhaustible quantities, rapidly renewable, and obtained without creating imbalances and natural disasters.
After 5 years of studies, research, and experiments, we created what still seems impossible: the technology and burner capable of efficiently and pollution-free burning pellets made from everything that burns, biomass, namely by-products and residues from agriculture, viticulture and responsible forestry, degraded wood, zootechnical waste, energy plants, municipal and industrial biodegradable waste, sewage sludge.
We strongly fight against deforestation for the purpose of manufacturing premium pellets and join campaigns advocating for future generations to inherit a clean and living planet.
